This is a study of the female body I did over the summer. I sketched another one from a side angle. I particularly liked this one.

Gasoline

During my sophomore year of high school I endured several classes. However, one class that I always enjoyed was my sculpture II class. During the fourth quarter we were assigned a  team project in which we had to create and Installation in our school's art foyer. We had to do this under twenty dollars and we had to try and use as much of the space as we could.

My team consisted of three other members. I came up with the initial design for the sculpture and we worked together to discover the best way to execute the design. We had one hour and thirty minutes to completely put the sculpture up and it had to last until the next day when we would critique it and then tear it down. There were two other teams. The funny thing was that during the process the smell of Chinese food and Gasoline was wafting through the art foyer which inspired the name.
